Damian Bazadona is the founder of Situation Interactive, a digital marketing agency for entertainment and experience-based brands. Since its inception in 2001, the agency has delivered industry-leading campaigns for some of the biggest names in entertainment including the 2014 NY/NJ Super Bowl, One World Observatory, NBCUniversal, and Wicked on Broadway, among many others. Damian is also the co-founder of TEDxBroadway, a yearly event to share and stimulate dialogue about the current and future state of the Broadway community. In addition, he is the founder of The Situation Project, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to providing arts and culture experiences to students at arts-deficient New York City Public schools.
