New York International Fringe Festival
Producing Artistic Director

Elena K. Holy is the Producing Artistic Director of The Present Theatre Company, Inc. – creators and producers of The New York International Fringe Festival (FringeNYC), now celebrating its 20th anniversary. She was awarded the New York Magazine Award for her “creativity, vision and enterprise” and later named one of the magazine’s “Influentials” because she “turned the Fringe Festival into Sundance for the theater crowd”. FringeNYC received the Mayor’s Award for Arts & Culture “for its phenomenal leadership in showcasing the best and boldest theater and performance”. A former Tony Awards Nominator, she continues to keynote and serve on juries at international festivals.
